Bodywork for Stability, Trauma Resolution and Resiliency - $80
Table work for regulation of the nervous system that is part of ongoing therapy after intake or part of adjunct therapy with psychotherapy. This is 45 min of holds on the body for stress management and nervous system regulation. Must have done an intake with me and have this option be a part of our plan.
Bodywork Stability, Trauma Resolution and Resiliency - $130
Bodywork for Stabilization and Resiliency is a blend of Somatic Experiencing® (SE™), Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Pre and Perinatal Therapy, and Myofascial Massage. It involves repairing and releasing patterns associated with overwhelming events in our lives. It is not regressive; it is present time and resource oriented. It focuses on identifying states in the body, the functional range of the nervous system, and ways to release held patterns in connection and safety. Education about nervous system state change is a big part of the therapy. It involves feeling states in the body. Sessions are completed with the client fully clothed with a combination of slow compression, massage, and craniosacral therapy. The client is asked to notice shifting states in the body.

Integrated Bodywork 30 min (Massage/Craniosacral) - $50
This bodywork type blends massage touch therapy with biodynamic craniosacral therapy. The first half of your bodywork session is still and moving touch to help release tight tissues in the back, chest, head, face and arms. Sometimes the feet are included. The second half of the session is biodynamic craniosacral therapy, a very light touch that engages the deeper rhythms of the body. For the newcomer to biodynamic craniosacral therapy, it feels like assisted meditation. The client often slips into a state that feels like sleep but you are awake. It feels timeless and nurturing. Craniosacral therapy was developed from osteopathy. The body has rhythms that are separate from heart rate and breathing that are connected to cerebral spinal fluid flow in the body. Osteopaths discovered several layers of these rhythms they call tides, each at a slower rate than the previous layer: cranial rhythm impulse, mid-tide and long tide. This form of therapy is excellent for meeting each layer, and by the end of your session, you will be in a slower rhythm where your own inner health can come forward and help restore your body to homeostasis. This form of integrated bodywork is excellent for the stressed person wanting to feel refreshed.

What is a "Leading Edge"? Simply put, the "leading edge" is a term coined by Ray Castellino that means a primary therapeutic window for healing and repatterning imprints that are overwhelming, and running unconsciously in our lives. While working in our leading edge, we can bridge and integrate the energy that has been frozen or encapsulated in our bodies with the skills of presence, conscious awareness and the bodily, felt sense. You can learn to recognize your leading edge, and gain skills and practice to change the pattern! You can choose a new way. Come learn! See http://www.ppncenter.com for more information
